Keep in mind that if you want to lose weight you need to help the body speed up the digestion process. Follow the tips below to accomplish that: 1. Consume more vegetables and fruits. 2. Eat 5 small meals rather than 3 large meals. 3. Do not drink with the meals as the liquids dilute the digestive enzymes and slows down digestion. Instead drink 2 hours prior to a meal and 1 hour after a meal. 4. Limit your carbohydrates consumption especially Simple Carbs. 5. Do not mix Carbohydrates and Protein at the same meal (such as fish and potato or a cheese sandwich) as it slows down the digestion. Instead eat fish and veggies or a salad with protein. *** Try these tips for at least a couple of weeks to notice a difference.
